Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.

Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As the Mechanical Engineer Technician II, you will assist mechanical engineers in the planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
Set up and tests complete prototype units and subassemblies under operational conditions.
Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.
Record test procedures and results using numerical and graphical data.
Help prepare proposals, cost estimates and workload.
Assist in establishing completion dates.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
High School diploma
At least 2 years of hands-on related experience.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Knowledge in computer skills including MS Office and email.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Experience working at varying levels of height.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $47,000 - $61,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
