Purpose:

i. Design height-adjustable CRES baker fixture for interposer spring qualification.

ii. Develop improved ATE/DAQ system for data collection and analysis of thermal cycling fixture; enable simultaneous use of multiple fixture.

iii. interposer spring qualification - perform testing and data analysis

Preferred major(s): Mechanical Engineering

Preferred level of education: Completed Junior Year (3)

Preferred coursework completed or skills already possessed: SolidWorks, Matlab

The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $90,000 and $118,755. The pay range may differ in other locations.

FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
