If you are a highly skilled engineer with expertise in HVAC systems and proficiency in Revit , we want to hear from you About the Role As a Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineer , you will be responsible for leading preconstruction design efforts and design meetings , working closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination. You will play a key role in developing HVAC system designs , ensuring quality and efficiency in production. This position requires a strong communicator who can represent the company in design meetings and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Costa Mesa, CA (no remote or hybrid options at this immediate time). Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead preconstruction design efforts and design meetings on behalf of the company. HVAC System Design:

Develop detailed HVAC system designs from concept to production. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Technical Expertise:

Utilize Revit to develop and refine mechanical system designs. Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Quality Assurance: Oversee design accuracy and efficiency in project deliverables. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications Education & Experience: 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and production . Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required. EIT would also suffice if goal is to get to a PE level Experience in mechanical engineering for commercial and industrial projects . Skills & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Revit is required.

Strong understanding of HVAC system design principles . Excellent communication and leadership skills to represent the company in design meetings. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment . Strong knowledge of industry codes and compliance standards .
