Typical Day to Day: The current person spends a lot of time with people in and out / fields questions and concerns / is available to the team to discuss projects and update delivers due dates and productions. This role will be responsible for annual and quarterly reviews w/ help from team leads

The Mechanical Engineer's duties & responsibilities are to produce mechanical assessments and designs, both HVAC and plumbing, and lead mechanical engineers and designers for project efforts. This role requires the ability to lead, multi-task, flexibility, and technical competence in building mechanical systems. The Mechanical Lead's duties & responsibilities are to produce mechanical assessments and designs, both HVAC and plumbing, and supervise mechanical designers for project efforts. This role requires the ability to lead, multi-task, flexibility, and technical competence in building mechanical systems.

We need a Sr. Mechanical Engineer in Kennesaw. The successful candidate will have their PE (even for a short time) and has managed staff before. The position will be a split role of people manager and production oversight.

This person will be responsible for all Communication up and down (JR Engineers & SR Partners as well as clients)

This person will be responsible for the quality of designs specific to Mechanical Building Systems, HVAC, Air Handlers, Chillers, Boilers,

All building systems designed in ALL REVIT

We need a SR Mechanical Engineer for oversite who could also jump in and do some production if necessary to deliver for client.

The SR engineer will review designs and answer questions / help mentor JR engineer

This person will also be client-facing, presentation, CONFIDENCE in presentation & communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree; Engineering

• Professional Engineer (PE) required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Thorough and accurate attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

• Ability to lead and delegate.

• To present themselves professionally.
