We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with a focus on HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with specific experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of technical expertise, a deep understanding of current building codes, and a proven track record in overseeing the production of construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for technical design and quality control on assigned projects, including all mechanical system calculations and layouts, as well as construction administration, site visits, and shop drawing reviews. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with current building codes and industry standards. Oversee the production of construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities.

Perform technical design and quality control on assigned projects, including all mechanical system calculations and layouts. Conduct construction administration, site visits, and shop drawing reviews as per project requirements. Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on HVAC systems to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems in the construction industry.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software. Thorough understanding and application of current building codes.

Strong technical design skills, with the ability to perform all mechanical system calculations and layouts. Proven experience in overseeing the production of construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities. Experience in construction administration, including site visits and shop drawing reviews.
