Mechanical Engineer

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering required 5 years of experience in design of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial construction Knowledge of IBC and other building codes, as well as LEED/sustainability design requirements The candidate must have knowledge of HVAC systems and load calculations, Energy Code, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, ASHRAE standards and Building codes Design experience for VAV systems, central plants for commercial, institutional, governmental, and healthcare facilities. Plumbing and or Fire Protection system design knowledge is a plus Qualifications: AutoCAD and/or Revit drafting experience Specific experience in commercial building design Experience with Trane Trace, Carrier HAP or other energy modeling software Passed FE Exam
