Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Engineer where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with sales and customers on product concepts and address technical queries. You will set specifications for new products alongside Marketing, create prototypes, and conduct thorough verifications and validations of new designs. Additionally, you will perform competitive analysis, create comprehensive design packages, and provide technical support across departments. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our new products meet defined specifications and consumer expectations before they go into production. You will also attend technical seminars and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Melville, New York.

Work Environment

This position operates in both a professional office and a chemical laboratory setting. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment when in the manufacturing areas. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with occasional need for additional hours, including Saturdays.
