Mechanical Engineer

Description:

The Mechanical Engineer's duties & responsibilities are to produce mechanical assessments and designs, both HVAC and plumbing, and lead mechanical engineers and designers for project efforts:

• Ability to lead, multi-task, flexibility, and technical competence in building mechanical systems.

• Produce mechanical assessments and designs, both HVAC and plumbing, and supervise mechanical designers for project efforts.

• This role requires the ability to lead, multi-task, flexibility, and technical competence in building mechanical systems.

• The successful candidate will have their PE (even for a short time) and has managed staff before. \

• The position will be a split role of people manager and production oversight.

• Responsible for all Communication up and down (JR Engineers & SR Partners as well as clients)

• Responsible for the quality of designs specific to Mechanical Building Systems, HVAC, Air Handlers, Chillers, Boilers,

• All building systems designed in ALL REVIT

• This person will also be client-facing, presentation, CONFIDENCE in presentation & communication skills.

• Ability to lead and delegate.

• To present themselves professionally.
