Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, your role will involve creating engineering drawing packages using CAD for multiple product lines. You will be required to design and validate parts, components, tooling, and fixturing using CAD to meet both regulatory and quality requirements. You will also be responsible for analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing effective solutions to resolve them. Other responsibilities include developing and verifying technical documentation such as operational manuals, technical support, standard operational procedures, etc. You will also confirm system and product capabilities and reliability by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties, along with conducting required testing and validation cycles. In addition, you will provide technical support to Sales, Service, and Operations and specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Lastly, you will support ERP implementation through accurate product BOM management and system integration.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in High Point, North Carolina.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based (80%), with the requirement to check on production as needed by clients.
