What You'll Do
As a MEP Sales Manager you'll be part of our Global Tools and Storage team located in the Northeast. You'll get to:
Bachelor's Degree required (Business Management or Engineering preferred); Master's Degree preferred. Relevant construction field experience could be a substitute for higher education.
Minimum 5+ years' experience of selling in the commercial industry
Manufacturer Rep Agency business experience preferred
Experience in Sales for Industrial Goods
Experience working on Construction or End Client job sites
Must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization to drive strategy, influence owners and generate revenue.

Prospecting and Account Management
Management of assigned Agency business in our Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, (MEP) groups.
Develop and execute strategic plans by effectively utilizing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, product service, marketing programs and targeted funds.
Regularly work with our Agency Partners and Key Customers in assigned area with daily travel requirements to distributors, customers, events, etc.
Achieve sales targets and hold your team accountable to growing our share of Power Tools, Hand Tools, Pneumatics, Accessories, while supporting Key Regional Chains.
Establish key relationships with Key Agency Partners, Distribution, and key end users.
Business & Financial Acumen
Leveraging field resources, conducting distributor and end user product trainings, outside sales "work-withs" and end user conversions. (Find new ways to grow sales)
Gain expertise on channel-specific pricing structures and programming
Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing. Implement divisional goals.
Effectively manage T&E and MAP Budget.
Ensuring proper and effective use of SalesForce.com to document work plans, visit logs, and customer master data accuracy.
Understanding and Knowledge of IT Business systems (BW) - Report Web (Tool Commerce)
