Mechanical Design Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a consulting engineering company located in Baltimore, MD . Responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Engineer include: Develop mechanical design drawings and specifications Create calculations in regards to mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection Estimate costs associated with the project's designs Meet with key clients to discuss current projects, evaluate performance, and identify new business opportunities Qualifications for the Mechanical Engineer include: 3-5 years of experience working at established engineering firms-architectural preferred Prior experience working with software design programs (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc) Preferred to have PE certification.
