Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and provide mechanical design services for a range of building projects. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Manage projects and teams and provide technical design on assigned projects. Assist in producing construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities. Develop and maintain project schedules.

Coordinate project designs with other disciplines. Build and maintain positive client relationships. Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and ability to perform accurate load calculations.

Mechanical/HVAC design experience in retail, commercial, boilers, chillers, and related markets. Knowledge of sustainable design practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP engineering modeling tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Mechanical Engineering. EIT/ PE preferred NOT required Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong desire to continue learning, advance professionally, and work in a fast-paced, design team environment.
