Dayton, OH Job Duration: 18 Month Contract Pay Range: $52-$55/hr. Daily Duties (Job Description): Reviewing and approving CAD 2D drawings for multiple projects. Assisting with product assembly tolerance stack-ups Supporting analysis, manufacturing, assembly, tooling, quality, and inspection within expected cost, quality, and schedule.

Working with engineering and supply chain partners to determine Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) required for proper clearances and fits while maximizing manufacturing producibility. Ensuring all interfaces between components are established and agreed upon by engineering design teams of mating parts and other sub-systems. Top three skills/duties that are must-haves (clearly define qualifications and attributes that candidates must have to perform this job): Thorough understanding and proven experience with GD&T, specifically ASME Y14.5-2009 and/or -2018 Ability to work both independently and in team setting Strong problem-solving and communication skills “Nice to Have” skills (Additional desirable qualifications): Experience in aerospace component design and packaging.

ASME GD&T Certification. Educational Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of experience (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 15 years of experience in engineering, IT, scientific, or other technical positions.) of Years of Experience: 10 years Hardware / Software Knowledge Needed:
