Leading and coordinating mechanical construction projects from inception to completion Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth and establish Total Mechanical Inc. as a trusted partner Utilizing industry-leading tools and technologies to streamline project management processes and enhance productivity WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in overseeing complex construction projects Proven track record of success in the mechanical construction industry, preferably in roles involving piping, plumbing, and HVAC projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience working with union crews is highly desirable ABOUT US: TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider with a mission to help individuals succeed by providing access to opportunities in jobs, careers, and professional development.
