Mechanical Construction Project Manager

Job Description Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity Available - HVAC/R, Sheet Metal, Plumbing Contractor As a Project Manager, you'll oversee and manage all phases of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage construction phases while communicating effectively with stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Maintain project documentation and generate progress reports for management and clients. Facilitate project closeouts and final inspections. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of five years' experience in mechanical construction project management. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. In-depth knowledge of industrial/process and HVAC systems and construction processes.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
