  • Ability to comprehend and follow written work instructions

  • Assemble fabricated parts into subassemblies and/or complete systems using precision equipment

  • Accurately record data into work route sheets

  • Set up & operate production equipment in accordance with written work instructions

  • Ability to work with RTV and epoxy

  • Communicate any issues that may arise to Group Leader

  • Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and 5S in assigned production area

  • Conversion opportunities may become available based on performance and business needs

  • Minimum one year in a Lean Manufacturing assembly environment, preferred

  • High School education or equivalent, preferred

  • Quality conscious and has great attention to detail

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and flexible with changes in production

  • Dependable attendance history

  • Must be able to work overtime when required

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if necessary
