Mechanic Technician 4- Bottle Processing Reidsville, NC

Responsibilities:

• Completes PM and Service request in timely manner with excellent workmanship

• Performs process equipment line inspections to identify, correct and prevent breakdowns

• Provides maintenance support to operations team as needed

• Signs out parts to ensure parts inventory accuracy

• Trains and develops entry level mechanics and operational support team

• Communicates issues to oncoming shift

Education/Experience/Testing:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in Industrial Manufacturing required.

• Strong mechanical background.

• Basic electrical knowledge using a meter to check power and motor condition.

• Candidate must successfully pass maintenance testing battery (Reading, Mechanical & Electrical -high pass required on Reading & Mechanical tests)

• Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred

• Forklift and man lift experience required.

• Ability to perform aerial work from man lift required.

• Knowledge of CMMS Systems

Skills/Competencies:

• Experience with centrifugal pumps, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatics and hydraulics.

• Strong work ethic, dependable, positive approach.

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be able to work 12hr schedule and/or overtime as needed

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Basic computer skills

• Excellent Organizational Skills
