Mechanic

Then you may have found your next career move. We're looking for a Fleet Mechanic to join our team and help connect America. What you'll do… You will include repair services automobiles, trucks, and other construction equipment.

You will perform minor repairs of equipment on jobsites. You will determine the nature and extent of damage or malfunction and upon determination order parts. You will plan all work procedures.

You will raise vehicles, with hydraulic jack or hoist, to gain access to mechanical units bolted to the underside of vehicle. You will disassemble the unit and inspect parts for wear. You will repair small engine equipment such as water pumps, generators, and air-compressors.

You will rewire trailers and lights. You will reline and adjust brakes on trucks and trailers. You will do some small welding jobs.

You will replace and adjust headlights, and install and repairs accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors, and windshield wipers. You will have additional duties. Qualifications Who we are looking for… You are at least 18 years old.

You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

You have 3-5 years of management level experience.

You are authorized to work in the United States for this company.

You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. You have the willingness to work in a solo and team environment.

You have experience in working in all types of weather, including inclement weather.

You are a self-starter. You have effective communication skills.

You are able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed. You are able to lift, climb, and carry ladders with weights of up to 80lbs. Benefits and Company Summary What you will get Health Insurance:
