Full Salary Range: $41,331 - $63,229 Annually Hiring Range: $41,331 - $46,492 Annually depending on qualifications, with an excellent benefits package. Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Primary Duties/Brief Description of Work:
Position will perform traffic signs and markings activities to fabricate, install, modify, maintain, upgrade and repair traffic signs and traffic pavement markings systems. Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools and test equipment used in the installation and maintenance of traffic signs and markings equipment. Must be able to work independently to evaluate situations, identify problems, and arrive at sound decisions. Sets up various work zones, lane closures, and flagging operations in accordance with local, state and federal standards. They will maintain accurate records in a computerized work management system by recording work activities, inventory, materials, and equipment. This position will have on-call duty and be required to provide emergency response services after hours. The physical requirements of this job include but are not limited to: stooping, bending kneeling, walking, sitting and standing for long periods of time, eye-hand coordination, climbing, and heavy lifting up to 100 lbs. on a consistent basis. Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
