Mechanic

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Mechanic REQUIREMENTS: 2 years’ experience as a Mechanic is required.

Must be mechanically inclined with mechanical background and knowledge of various motors and engines. Must be able to travel locally and regionally. Must have a valid state driver’s license with a moderately clean driving record.

Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs. PRIMARY DUTIES: Performs maintenance and repairs of pumps and other equipment in both the shop and in the field.

Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment maintenance and repair. Trouble shoot all rental equipment for most efficient way to get equipment back online. Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures.

Produce all required service tickets and/or documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.

Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and accessories. Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner.
