Mechanic

We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who have mechanical experience and are willing to relocate to the Irma, Wainwright, or Hardisty area. Gratton Coulee is an agricultural salvage yard which is situated on approx. 75 acres consisting of thousands of tractors, combines, and self-propelled forage harvesters. • Full-time, long-term, year-round employment
• Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm (except for harvest time)

Qualifications:

• Willing to relocate
• Apprentice and licensed HET/Ag mechanics, we are willing to consider applicants who have mechanical experience without formal training
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to navigate on-line parts books and possess basic computer skills
• Valid class 5 drivers license and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Removal, inspection and rebuilding agricultural parts
• Maintenance on yard equipment, trucks, forklifts etc...
• Able to work indoors and outdoors
• Keeping your work area, truck, shop, and yard clean and organized
