You'd be responsible for:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of large and small engines.
• Provide reports and information on equipment status.
• Sharpen blades and maintain small engine components.
• Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely at all times.
• Oversee, manage, and lead laborers in shop-related tasks.
• Transfer equipment between local branches as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop environment.

Physical Requirements

• Work 8+ hours per day, 5 days per week (some overtime and weekend work required).
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day.
• Work near direct automotive traffic and natural bodies of water as needed.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experience are a plus:

• Small engine and 2-cycle engine experience.
• Diesel engine, heavy and light equipment maintenance.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Welding experience.

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
