Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (some flexibility) Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,400, plus benefits Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shop Mechanic to join our growing team in the roofing and construction industry. This role focuses on the maintenance and upkeep of trucks and trailers, ensuring that all vehicles are in prime working condition.

You will work closely with the Shop Manager, performing essential maintenance such as oil changes, tire maintenance, and basic repairs. This is an exciting opportunity with a stable company that offers growth and advancement. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct oil changes, tire maintenance, and basic repairs on trucks and trailers. Assess and identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with team members to address mechanical issues and make recommendations.

Maintain a fast-paced, ethical, and team-focused work environment. Qualifications: Experience: 1 years of automotive repair experience, including oil changes, tire work, and basic truck/trailer maintenance. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
