This position is responsible for maintaining open communication on the status of the department with the Store Directors, Clerks, and Supervisor. Will be expected to set and re-set priorities, distinguish between the urgent and the important, solve problems, hold and reconcile ideas and lead program development as well as advancement strategies from conception through cultivation to completion.
Full time/Part time, hourly position. Must be available weekdays, weekends, various shifts, and able to adjust schedule to meet business demands.

Wrap protective plastic around product. Seal them by placing packages down on ?hot plate?
Weigh up any price per pound packages that will be displayed in counter
Unpack merchandise received
Verify quality and freshness of products once they are received
Stock meat cases with new merchandise, rotate products, and inspect (sell by) dates on all merchandise
Periodically examine displays to identify which items need to be replenished
Knowledgeable of products, prices, and making missing signs
Build product cases to attract guests
Rotate products in meat cooler and ensure proper storage practices
Keep whole department clean and in optimum sanitary conditions
Maximize sales through excellent guest service and minimize shrink through proper utilization of policies and procedures
Ensure the production of high quality merchandise and service
Control freshness by rotating and culling all products and remove out-of-code merchandise
