Measurement Account Manager

Position Summary

NinthDecimal is currently seeking a Measurement Account Manager to join our Account Management team in San Francisco. You will be responsible for managing strategic relationships and for providing the NinthDecimal business with the necessary support for offline measurement implementation and research analysis. You will utilize your knowledge of mobile and digital advertising to ensure the success of the partnership and associated campaigns while providing our clients with world-class customer service. In addition you will be responsible for supporting the day to day logistical efforts associated with managing key agency/publisher relationships and the deployment of measurement solutions across their associated publisher network. You will partner with Sales, Account Management and our Measurement Product team to create and deploy a comprehensive measurement platform in support of designated partners. You will act as the primary liaison between our partners and all internal teams to ensure full support of all ongoing campaigns and post campaign measurement reports to include pixel deployment, dashboard training and post campaign measurement report reviews.

Responsibilities

Includes, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for day to day partner management of key agency/publisher relationships associated with NinthDecimal measurement offering

  • Lead NinthDecimals efforts in scoping, deploying and evolving our measurement offering within key partners

  • Meet and exceed revenue expectations associated with owned opportunities

  • Coordinate ongoing communications between agency/publisher partners and internal teams to ensure clear lines of communications

  • Own daily communications associated with owned partners ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Align with NinthDecimal Technical Account Manager to ensure all measurement pixels are implemented on time, correctly, and that technical/logistical questions are answered quickly and to the satisfaction of partners

  • Provide weekly status update to sales and executive leadership on partnership progress, gaps and opportunities.

  • Align with research lead to develop and package up measurement insights reports and present to our clients

  • Provide ongoing input to the product and business leads on ways to evolve our offering to better meet the needs of owned partners

  • Align with the NinthDecimal finance team to reconcile client/agency billing associated with owned partners

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years digital media, mobile, or tv experience in measurement/analytics, partner management, account management, or strategy/planning within an agency, publisher or ad tech company

  • Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Ability to review campaign reporting and make strategic optimizations recommendations in order to achieve campaign goals.

  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and creating solutions

  • Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Self motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others

  • Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills

  • College graduate

Desired:

  • Proficient in DART/Atlas/Sizmek and other ad-server/ad-reporting software

  • Analytics and Research background

  • Have experience working with multiple channel partners

  • Ad Trafficking or AdOps experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business

Position Summary The Customer Programs Measurement and Evaluation (CPM&E) team is a sub-team within MDAP dedicated to understanding whether our customer programs are performing effectively. We inform program planning and design, support implementation, and provide insights to improve customer program offerings, which help customers to manage their energy bills and improve customer satisfaction. Our work factors into energy procurement decision making that impact buying decisions, energy supply choices, and ultimately transmission and distribution service reliability and price. CPM&E supports a new, rapidly evolving approach to estimating energy savings from energy efficiency programs. This approach, known as the meter-based platform (or normalized metered energy consumption), draws on statistical analysis rather than traditional engineering methods, and will require business units within PG&E to work together in new ways. The CPM&E summer intern's main project will focus on documenting and codifying the business processes we are developing to support the meter-based platform-a crucial task to ensure that energy efficiency projects that use this approach are executed in an efficient and uniform way. This will involve: * Interviewing stakeholders who play a role in the meter-based platform and documenting their roles * Mapping business processes * Identifying gaps and areas where efficiency could be improved * Creating a comprehensive protocols document and/or compliance manual * Developing training materials for third-party program implementers, which will be shared on an external implementer-facing website As a member of the meter-based platform and broader CPM&E team, the intern may also assist with data request fulfillment, analysis and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and participate in conversations with third-party evaluators, program implementers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business, engineering, social science, information science, public policy or related majors (students MUST be continuing education towards degree during and/or after internship).
