Consolidated Communications is rapidly deploying world-class fiber internet service across its 22 state footprint via our new product offering, Fidium Fiber. On our team, you will be part of this exciting time in the history of our company as well as the regions we serve. The MDU Account Representative will be responsible for all launch and sales activities within the properties and communities defined in their regional portfolio.
Responsible for increasing the number of active subscribers and product penetration in assigned multi-dwelling properties and communities within an assigned portfolio by selling and promoting Consolidated Communications products including high-speed Internet and voice services. Develop strong relationships with property management teams that promote the sale and retention of Consolidated products and services. Provide ongoing sales support to the portfolio properties, utilizing advanced knowledge of Fidium Fiber products and services as well as formal launch and penetration playbooks.
Build and cultivate relationships with developers, property owners, property managers, HOAs, consultants to increase awareness of and support for CCI and Fidium brands
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of CCI/Fidium products, selling and promoting offers to customers on-site within the community. Displays thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for Fidium Fiber.
Meets and exceeds sales goals including net adds and penetration goals as established by local market.
Develops strong working relationships with property management teams and leasing staff within the assigned portfolio and leverages their support through onsite programs and events.
Drives customer acquisition, awareness, retention and interest in FIDIUM products at the property level by leveraging available programs (ie. recognition for property staff, events for residents, marketing collateral, channel resources and online/digital tools).
Works closely with the Launch Program Manager to develop launch and penetration playbooks, including detailed schedules for all new and existing properties within the portfolio
Proactively follows-up with the community residents and property staff as appropriate regarding sales, product, technical, or customer care issues. Facilitates resolution of product and customer care issues, billing and technical support as a single point of contact for the customer, property, and CCI teams
Demonstrate familiarity with social media outlets to drive online marketing efforts based on company approved methods and rules of engagement.
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Must demonstrate solid judgment and communication skills.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
3-5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to multi-task and determine priorities
