Title: MDS Nurse

Job Duties: MDS Nurse is responsible for ensuring that the RAI is completed by all disciplines per federal guidelines. The MDS Nurse is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties.

• Tuesday-Saturday 8:30-5:00PM
• Sunday-Friday 8:30-5:00PM

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.

• Current licensure in California as an RN

• Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.

About the campus: The Crestwood Manor Skilled Nursing facility strives to create a homelike environment for residents. We have a variety of pets that live in our facility, including cats, dogs and birds, and plant life is abundant throughout. This environment, called "Eden Alternative," enhances the facility's atmosphere with different forms of life and energy.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$53-$58 USD
