We are the elite IT Infrastructure sales Engineering team with a passion to lead our customers on their journey to modernize, automate, transform, and simplify their Data Center Strategy. We are looking for a Director of Presales to lead and manage the Modern Data Center GTM team. This leadership position is responsible for profitable and balanced revenue and market share achievement across Dell EMC portfolios driving IT, Digital, Workforce and Security Transformations in support of our customers.

Principal Job Responsibilities

  • Directly oversees Presales teams and ensure collaboration and alignment with Salesstrategy is aligned to best serve our customers

  • Work closely with the GTO Presales leadership in the Sales Strategy development

  • Define, execute and drive Sales strategy

  • Responsible for delivering country annual plan, financial performance and Enterprise share gains (relative performance)

  • Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities to develop personal executive relationships

  • Responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level

  • Drives strategic Sales Engineering and/or Specialist plans and pipeline development

  • Understands complexities of the environment and works collaboratively with all Dell EMC teams (e.g GTO, presales, core sales, sales operations and Services) to solve customers' business issues

  • Establishes plans and strategies to defend, expand, and grow the customer base

  • Identify, hire, mentor, coach, manage and motivate a diverse team of technical sales specialists and engineers

  • Thoroughly understands and articulates the business transformational initiatives and technical direction, capabilities and business solution to our customers

Required Experience

  • Typically requires 14+ years of professional experience and 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)

Primary Responsibilities: * Works with Optum internal team and external sponsors to develops and implement regulatory strategies and tactical work plans throughout development phases including filings and approvals of market applications * Leads and/or participates in regulatory interactions with and presentations to US FDA and other regulatory agencies * Identifies and assesses regulatory risks, understanding global imperatives including market-related drivers; plans and implements appropriate mitigation strategies * Provides oversight, interpretation, support, training, and key input to staff on interpretation of regulatory strategies, GXP regulations, regulatory guidelines, corporate standards, and policies * Negotiates, interacts with and oversees the activities of external partners in the preparation of regulatory documents and submissions * Presents and defends regulatory plans to Senior Management * Provides oversight and direction to the company regarding content and clarity of information presented in regulatory submissions, ensuring timely preparation of organized and scientifically valid applications * Leads the preparation and management of regulatory submissions, including INDs, briefing documents, clinical protocols, NDA's, fast-track/breakthrough/accelerated approval/orphan drug applications. Ensures effective data presentation, data integrity, and quality scientific data against regulatory requirements * Develops effective professional relationships and promotes a positive company image with FDA and global regulatory authorities * Proactively ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines; has primary responsibility for audit readiness and response during inspections Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline with at least 10 years of regulatory affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Established working knowledge of regulatory guidelines and regulations (US and international) * Must have experience developing and successfully executing regulatory strategies, preparing regulatory filings including IND/CTA, NDA/BLA/MAA, lifecycle management, and interactions with health authorities * Ability to think strategically and to proactively identify issues in various aspects of the drug development process * Strong knowledge of eCTD elements and structure and regulatory writing skills * Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders. An ability to influence for greater outcomes * Demonstrated ability to work well with other accomplished professionals within and across functions/teams.
