Provides strategic advisory services to CEOs, Chief Communications Officers and Communications teams. Responsible for direct management of client relationships. Leads the development and execution of all strategies to advance the communications objectives of the clients.
Establishes and leads overall communication strategies; oversees the planning, research, and development of content for complex communication initiatives. Develops and implements measurements to determine the effectiveness of communications plans and strategies.
Develops and maintains client relationships with executives and senior levels of management, providing counsel on all aspects of communications. Engages other parts of the organization to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message.
Grows existing client relationships and actively seeks new sources of business.
Leads teams, coaches, influences outcomes, and evaluates success as appropriate. Typically has people management responsibilities including but not limited to talent management, performance management, staffing, etc.
