The Research Support Coordinator will work under the direction of the Chief Research Officer and MCI Director, Research Administration and will be responsible for coordinating oncology clinical research committee operations, including operations for the Clinical Trials Steering Committee (CTSC), Research Oversight Committee, Clinical Scientific Review Committee (CSRC), and Data Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC). (S)he will create meeting agendas, develop correspondence to Principal Investigators (PIs), conduct follow-up activities on action items and deliverables in a timely manner, consulting with research staff on required information to include in committee presentations, and drafting meeting minutes for dissemination during committee meetings. The Research Support Coordinator will also be responsible for running reports from OnCore CTMS and reporting regular metrics to clinical trials leadership.
Associates degree required, Bachelor's preferred. Experience with coordinating high level meetings, including creating agendas, tracking deliverables, and drafting minutes.
Experience providing administrative support to leadership and able to draft clear, concise correspondence to physicians and high level administrators. Knowledge of research concepts, roles, and workflow as well as familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
