• Clean and filter oil vats daily

• Clean outside and inside of the restaurant

• Power wash

• Clean equipment

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

• Rotate product

• Clean bathrooms and floors

• Change roof filters and light bulbs

• Ensuring clean sanitized towels are available for the team
