This posting represents Embedded Software Engineering based out of McClellan, CA (Sacramento area).
Responsibilities for this Pipeline requisition are:
Designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging systems software that enables the unique and innovative hardware systems
Applies appropriate corporate and industry standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle, following Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Diagnoses problems encountered during application integration with your products and those developed by others, and address fixes/enhancements according to prescribed program processes.
Designs and develops complex software using a variety of programming and scripting languages, on diverse platforms including UNIX, Linux and Windows based operating systems, utilizing modern configuration management tools and related software development tools.
At minimum, a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 2 years of relevant work experience.
Must have work experience developing embedded systems running Linux or other real time kernels.
Must have solid work experience with C, C and Python.
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI (access) security clearance.
Currently hold an active Top Secret Clearance, SCI a plus.
Experience developing signal processing systems and mathematical transforms such as FFT as applied to radio signal decoding and demodulation.
Experience with Xilinx silicon-on-chip tools and development.
Strong experience with systematic testing methods.
Solid understanding of all phases of software development, and practical experience in an Agile / DevOps environment.
