Position Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for managing sales leads as assigned. Generating new merchant cash advance (MCA) business via outbound sales calls and merchant calls. Completing application process and maintaining organized and accurate merchant files. Follow up on all leads and merchant requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive experience for prospects and customers by educating business owners on the features and benefits of the iPaymentCapital MCA offering, responding to questions and overcoming objections and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

  • Close daily pre-qualified lead flow opportunities (calls and web leads) using our proven sales techniques

  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline in SalesForce CRM

  • Communicate with underwriting on behalf of merchant to achieve account approval

  • Complete on-boarding process with customers

  • Consistently exceed sales goals while meeting quality assurance requirements

  • Meets/Exceeds monthly sales goals

  • Ensure customer satisfaction on existing accounts through follow up and continued relationship

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned, to support organizational initiatives

Experience and Education

  • Two (2) plus years of previous MCA sales experience required

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-5 years of previous sales experience required

  • Strong computer skills, with previous SalesForce CRM experience preferred
