This position will have the opportunity to work with 3 different teams within our Residential Landscape Contracting department - Snow Products, Portable Power Products and Aftermarket Parts!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Positioning Project Snow product
Market research, retail, and shipment analysis to understand root cause
Develop recommendation based on analysis
Implement new initiatives for market launch
New Product Development
Assist in new product development process, which includes market research, market quantification and analysis, pricing, and financial analysis
Competitive intelligence gathering and recommendation on product positioning
Opportunity to work on new-to-market product positioning, packaging, marketing support, and advertising plans
Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance
Assist in naming, positioning, and messaging of new products
Develop and execute marketing launch plans, which may include multi-media campaigns
Work with both mass and independent dealer network to communicate new product and program changes.
Explore channel differentiation strategies.
Customer loyalty program(s)
Assist in naming, positioning, and messaging of new products.
Develop and execute marketing launch plans, which may include multi-media campaigns.
Develop and implement merchandising, collaterals, photography, and display materials.
Must currently be pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date no sooner than December 2019
Area of Study: Marketing or Business Administration
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong MS Office skills, including Excel
