We focus on improving apps or developing new apps for traditional and mobile devices as well as conducting usability testing to find ways to improve our clients' user experience. Our team helps clients transform their business through enabling technologies across marketing, finance and operations in the functional areas such as Maximo and PowerPlant.


As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing Maximo applications-based solutions, including the following: - Participating in the improvement of business processes, including leveraging Maximo application modules; - Understanding the common issues facing PwC's clients in the Power and Utilities Sector; and, - Understanding the common issues facing PwC's clients of all Industries and Sectors; and, - Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success with one or more Maximo application modules doing functional configuration and/or technical development, including the following areas: - Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in a Maximo environment; - Leading team in designing, building, testing and deploying Maximo; - Understanding of the Maximo Business Solution for Work Management, Asset Management and Supply Chain with a focus on Electric and Gas T&D utilities; - Utilizing and applying data conversion, Maximo configuration / customization, Integration leverage the Maximo Integration Framework, Maximo Technical Architecture including code migration, environment management, performance and code management; - Identifying and addressing client needs, building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement, communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections, preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor; and, - Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback, and providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.

VIEW JOBS 8/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-13T00:00 The Consultant reports to the Director of Strategy Implementation and is responsible for coordinating the implementation of a broad range of initiatives and providing project management support. The Consultant will work directly with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and other executives to support the execution of prioritized hospital-wide strategic initiatives aiming at improving patient and employee systems and processes. Responsibilities include development and documentation of project scope, plans and timelines as well as communication of progress towards goals. The Consultant will work in partnership and collaborate with key workgroups, steering committees, and leaders to design programs and make the efforts, including learning and applying content expertise related to the initiatives, to move key initiatives forward. To achieve these objectives, the Consultant will work in partnership with clinical and administrative leadership as assigned to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Success in this role is judged based on the quality of facilitation and support provided in the following areas: * Consistent, coordinated and thorough project management * Design, implementation and periodic progress updates * High quality presentations * Design and execution of planning activities and decision-making required to implement key priorities * Learning and applying adequate content expertise and skill related to the initiative to move initiatives forward This includes supporting and facilitating Senior Leadership efforts related to achievement of key organizational strategic goals (quality, safety, patient satisfaction, efficiency, cost management, staff satisfaction, growth, etc.); This position requires a broad knowledge of BH's administrative and clinical structure; excellent verbal and written communication skills; an ability to independently research, analyze and synthesize information; as well as the ability to learn and apply new content and skill or identify resources throughout the institution to ensure that projects are completed in an effective and timely manner. Under general guidance from the Director, the Consultant is expected to perform with a high level of independence and good judgment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management * Accurately scopes and plans major institutional initiatives and task forces influenced and overseen by clinical and administrative leadership as assigned * Meet expectations related to the identification of key stakeholders, research of relevant issues, collection and synthesis of relevant data, formal project management, staffing and facilitating of committees and work groups, preparation of work plans and communication summaries, and tracking of project status and measures of success * Utilize standardized approaches, tools, and technology for internal consultancy Operational Change and Strategy Implementation * Provide the following analytic and project evaluations: * Regularly distribute and present key data and strategies highlighting the progress of an initiative * Analyzing operational data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities * Evaluating how changes may impact the organization's operations and awareness of implications on a variety of teams. Supports operational improvement initiatives within the scope of assignment, in partnership with clinical and administrative leadership as appropriate. Goals for this work will often relate to improvement in operational efficiency, asset utilization, capacity management, quality and safety Communication Activities * Prepare concise, creative, professional summaries of plans, as appropriate * Effectively present findings to all levels of staff, targeting the presentation towards the knowledge level and needs of the audience, including: internal senior management, BH clinicians, and front-line staff * Work to ensure smooth information flow between involved parties * Develop summary communication materials for executive level presentations, as requested * Encourages and engages others in discussion to build trust among team members by communicating 'early and often' Advance Alignment and Collaboration * Utilize rigorous project management tools to engage teams to participate in major initiatives that cross departments and institutions, e.g., ensure alignment with departmental goals and work with process improvement teams on execution * Utilize strong coping and perceptivity skills in identifying the appropriate pace of change as well as awareness of stakeholder needs, and incorporate that into planning and execution of initiatives * Proactively consider and evaluate complexities of initiatives Learn and Apply New Skills and Knowledge to Advance Initiatives * Approach the work with curiosity and purpose of adopting adequate skill and content to advance initiatives and remove barriers to progress * Apply rigor in analyzing problems, scope, effort, performance as it relates to the initiative * Be the "go to" person for the project, and in coordination with subject matter experts and leaders * Lead the initiative forward with a spirit of progress and by example, establishing self as a critical role in progress Qualifications: 1.
