Mandatory Skills:

  • 6-10 Years Technology Experience (Maximo Enterprise Asset Management 7.6, Java, JavaScript, XML, Web Services, REST API, SQL, Eclipse, BIRT)

  • English language skills to a business standard

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal/Written)

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements from business relating to Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software in modules Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management Procurement, etc.

  • Planning, designing, developing code, making configuration changes and testing Maximo EAM software for software enhancements and business requirements

  • Implement required features in Maximo Software using programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML, Web Services, REST API and other scripting languages

  • Perform Maximo DB Configurations, Workflow changes, BIRT report development, App Designer and Automation Scripts

  • Configure Maximo Integration Framework with Interface Tables, Web Services using SOAP, REST Interface development using XSLT, Invocation Channels & REST API to External Systems without custom code

  • Work with the users to perform User Acceptance Testing, Validate the features and promote the code to upper environments

  • Make recommendations to business on functional and technical improvements to the environment for Maximo Software

  • Conduct / Participate workshops, brain storming sessions with business on regular basis to discuss the business needs

Performs a variety of tasks at the direction of the Program Manager which include:Assesses supply resources, aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements, plans inventory, distribution requirements, production, material and rough-cut capacity for all products. Participates in make/buy process; long-term capacity and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing ramp up, end-of-life management and product line management. Analyzes and aggregates supply / demand requirements. Analyzes purchase material supply / demand position LCM tools. Analyzes work order data for life cycle trends, conducts analysis of reliability and maintainability from production and field data, canvases Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for End of Life dates, develops courses of action for solutions to life cycle issues, and develops cost estimates for replacement of obsolete systems. Provides Reliability and Maintainability predictions, operational availability modeling, Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Growth Planning and Testing, and Failure Review and Corrective Action analysis. Executes work assignments, updates task completion statuses, and ensures productivity, quality and internal and external client satisfaction goals and objectives are met.Plans inventory levels based on dependent and independent BOM requirements. Assesses rough-cut capacity for current and short-term manufacture. Creates/reduces supply requirements based on inventory adjustments. Interface with Source process area regarding inventory levels and other areas as needed. Analyzes lead times and identifies critical path procurements. Analyzes user requests to determine needs, and recommends appropriate electronic equipment, components, products, and systems. Evaluates and reports on new technologies to enhance the capabilities of the system. Proposes solutions to management to provide system requirements based upon future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings. Actively distributes life cycle management solutions including planning, organizing, and executing meetings and presentations. Assists in the development of manuals, flow charts, spreadsheets and other work products to enhance internal process flow and support life cycle implementations. Acts as liaison between engineering and program operations in the area of life cycle management activities. Maintains internal relationships among the functional groups/platforms within the larger program community. Perform other duties as prescribed by the management in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction. Required Skills: * Minimum 4 years of experience in life cycle management processes, logistics analysis for EOL and OBM. * Experience with projecting end of life date based on work order data. * Demonstrated experience on developing life cycle extension strategies on equipment which is end of life. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Innovative ideas for solving life cycle and logistics analysis. * Good communication skills, both written and oral. * Will be required to work in compliance with OSHA and Raytheon safety policies and procedures. * Must be able to obtain a security clearance up to the level of 'Secret' if required. Desired Skills: Experience using Maximo and SQL. Experience with Tableau, R Programming, or other analytical tools is also preferred.
