POSITION AVAILABLE: Second Shift Facility Specialist-Maintenance (Full Time-Year Around)
(2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid low-pressure boilers license.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least five years experience in maintenance or related work.
Demonstrate general knowledge regarding electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record.
Professional tact, diplomacy and presentation with administrators, staff, teachers, students, parents and the community.
Possess tolerant and pleasant personality under sometimes demanding work situations.

COMPENSATION: Wages and fringe benefits based on negotiated agreement.
