About the Department of Mathematics: The Mathematics department at Seattle Pacific University offers a BA in Mathematics, BS degrees in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and supports a mathematics concentration for prospective elementary teachers.
Our students go on to teaching, graduate studies, and work in business and industry. Math majors complete a research project under faculty mentorship and joint research with undergraduates is encouraged. The department services programs in science and engineering and has a role in the general education program of the University.
Job Description:
Adjunct faculty position in mathematics or statistics: teaching courses, grading, and holding office hours.
Requirements:
Masters or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Agreement with the Seattle Pacific University Statement of Faith and Mission.
Additional Information:
Position will remain open until filled.
Salary:
This is a full time position with excellent benefits. SPU pays the employee premium for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
