Valid California Single Subject Math Credential or Foundational Level Mathematics. Credential must have EL Authorization embedded, or must have CLAD certificate.

District will consider fully qualified interns. Subject matter must be met in mathematics.

• Copy of Transcript (unofficial copy of transcript is acceptable for purposes of application -- official transcript required, if hired)

• Credential Copy (Single Subject in Mathematics or Foundational Level Mathematics. Interns must attach letter of intern-eligibility or program status letter from college/university)

• English Learner Authorization (if EL authorization is not embedded in your credential, please attach CLAD certificate)

• Letter of Introduction

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (three recent, signed letters of recommendation )
