We have a strong sense of teamwork and our mission is to help at risk youth placed within the facility to achieve growth, realize goals, and earn credits while they are here. Paddock View Residential Center (http://www.paddockview.org/) is a privately owned, licensed childcaring institution in Marion, Indiana. Paddock View provides comprehensive care for the individual needs of troubled youth and their families in close cooperation with other service providers. We offer residential treatment, shelter care, and alternative education on site and accept referrals from DCS and Probation throughout the state of Indiana.

Paddock View Residential Center provides a staff secure treatment environment that affords youth an opportunity to reassess and change their behavior in a safe, supportive and highly structured setting. Paddock View Alternative School is on-site serving the educational needs of all residents. Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) uses horses as a tool for emotional growth and learning. The setting for EAL is Black Dog Farms located about 5 miles from Paddock View. EAL is embedded in the school curriculum.

The goal of the Paddock View Residential Center treatment program is to effect change in each child's view of the world and to provide them with constructive decision-making skills that will afford them the opportunity to successfully return to their family and community as a productive citizen.
