Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Math Fiscal Assistant for the Department of Mathematics & Statistics

• Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Assisting faculty, staff and visitors with travel arrangements, authorizations and reimbursements.

• Assisting staff with ordering supplies, student contracts, and pcard expense reports.

• Aid with day-to-day office operations/reception and departmental events.

• Provide assistance to staff as needed.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization required.

Salary:

$17.50 per hour.

Temporary positions are usually not eligible for benefits and retirement; however, they may be eligible for health insurance coverage depending on the average hours worked per week. Temporary positions do not have layoff rights and may be terminated without prior notice.
