Job Description:

Candidate will have responsibility for the management of Tool Control functions within Final Assembly Operations in the Connecticut Assembly & Flight Operations (CAFO) Center.

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment, maintaining effective communication with internal /external customers.

Position requires frequent liaison with internal organizations, to include Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to find solutions to various Tool Control issues as they relate to transformation and inventory reduction Tool Control fill rate.

Successful Candidate will perform a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties involving diverse inventory management functions including Material Planning, Inventory Control and Supply Chain (internal/external).

Duties will include Total Tool Control and technology insertion oversight.

Develop an expert level of continuous improvement skills, as well as an understanding of key process inputs and outputs that support the departments operating plan. Participate in quality and safety reviews and audits, and lead resulting improvement implementation.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in Manufacturing/ Operations/ Aerospace/ Aviation

Experience with Manufacturing, Material Operations, Production Operations and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Should be open to work on multiple shifts.
