TandemLife was founded in 1996 and is the trendsetter that paved the way for competitive short-term heart failure solutions. Together, TandemLife and LivaNova plan to expand beyond the confines of cardiac support to bring breakthrough solutions to the respiratory support market.
As a Materials Specialist reporting to the Director of Manufacturing and Materials Management, you will be responsible and accountable for the handling and storage of all purchased raw materials, in-process sub-assemblies and finished good product. Additionally, you will be responsible and accountable for product kitting for Finished Goods and preparing TandemLife products for sterilization. You will also assist with shipping and receiving duties as well as production duties in the processing of orders (as needed).
A High School Diploma or GED (Accredited)
One or more years of experience in material control and/or shipping and receiving
Strong computer skills
Ability to read and comprehend component and assembly drawings
Ability to lift 70lbs
Ability to work independently, as well as be an integral part of a small team in a positive work environment
