Job Description: Arconic Fastening Systems (AFS) is seeking a Materials Specialist for our Shipping and Receiving Department in Fullerton CA.

Weighs all packages and freight rates are determined either automatically or from a chart. Initiates billing. Loads and unloads trucks as required. Incumbent will be held to established quality standards. Incumbent will have moderate control to make adjustments to the process after tasks are assigned. May have access to confidential information and company funds.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Counts and packages parts to customers specifications, working from shipping orders and produces labels with customers purchase orders and part numbers:

  • Receives, counts and locates parts in correct bin location; disburses, counts and assigns to appropriate work orders; weighs and counts parts for correct inventory accounting;

  • Makes record keeping transactions to update MRP system and moves stock around facility;

  • Performs cycle count activities to assure inventory accuracy; researches incorrect heat and work order numbers; makes bin to bin transactions; marks open bin locations for received work orders;

  • Scraps inventory according to company standards;

  • Moves completed production whenever signed and stamped off.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Job Description: Raytheon Integrated Defense (IDS) is seeking a Sr. Tech Support Engineer in the C2 Mechanical Engineering department within the Mechanical Engineering directorate. The C2 ME department consists of approximately 60 Hardware systems engineers located in Fullerton and San Diego, CA. The C2 ME department supports Command and Control as well as Baffle Field Radar product lines within the IDS business unit both domestically and internationally. The Sr. Tech Support Engineer will be reporting directly to the Lab Support, Assembly, Installation section in the department providing Engineering Lab Management support, Hardware Assembly and checkout, Fielding installation and deployment, as well as cross functional support on a number of International and DoD C2 programs. Responsibilities include: * Engineering Lab Operations - Lab Manager responsible for planning, building & configuration, operation & maintenance of engineering development & production labs to satisfy program requirements compliant to required Raytheon/IDS SP & DPs * Hardware Design Support – Peer review engineering documentation, build/assembly support, produce as built redlined drawings * Procurement Support – Interface with Integrated Supply Chain to provide engineering guidance on procurement activities.
