LOCATION: Eden Prairie, MN
The Materials Program Manager will serve as the cross-functional program manager responsible for materials revenue growth and campaigns to drive incremental adoption and utilization. This role is responsible for executing account and application-specific growth initiatives for customers across multiple target markets. By utilizing reporting, analytics and metrics, the Materials Program Manager will be responsible for successfully driving programs to educate clients, support new product launches, track account development metrics, and drive client retention, satisfaction and revenue within the client base.
As the Materials Program Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
Execute strategies, upsell/cross-sell campaigns and initiatives to accelerate applications, new product introductions and drive materials revenue growth.
Conduct trend analysis on buying behaviors and new product introductions.
Monitor, analyze and dissect revenue streams by product lines, accounts, segments, applications and territories.
Partner with marketing to deliver customer communication strategies for material campaigns.
Design and execute business development programs to educate and drive material adoption.
Coordinate application based content for onsite account workshops, targeted campaigns, quarterly webinars, and event presentations
Drive consumables education and training programs for regional managers, clients, partners and sales executives to increase usage and growth
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
3+ years of direct experience in business development, customer program management or go to market strategy development.
Exemplary communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate at all professional levels.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting a plus
Key account management or sales management experience with proven record of quota attainment
Demonstrated work experience in Advanced Materials.
Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
Proven capacity in critical thinking, data analysis, and data-driven decision making.
Passion for efficiency; highly organized and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 20% travel
