As Materials Planning Analyst, you will;
Responsible for the day to day planning orders, making sure orders have all the necessary attributes so operations can process them
Collaborate with Business Units Cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to develop and improve strategies and processes that will help the business meet specific goals.
Responsible to alert the business units about orders with problems and working with together to fix them
Follow up on special instructions from BU's on how to ship orders and make sure all changes are done in SAP.
In charge of placing the necessary routings in a daily basis to assure getting the carrier confirmation
Be in constant communication with operations team for urgent requests
Monitors the workload and progress and raises concerns to Supervisor
Monitors the delivery performance and analyzes the issues with late shipments.
Handles the Cycle Count Process to assure good inventory accuracy. Investigate root causes for the different issues and follow up with corrective actions
Analyze the different processes within the Distribution Center to make sure all of them are complying to maintain a good inventory accuracy
Work on projects to improve key performance indicators
Performs special task that the Supervisor indicates

What your background should look like:
Associates Degree or equivalent (If do not have, willing to start one within the 1st year of starting the job).
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Distribution
Extended knowledge of Distribution processes within SAP
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Continuous Improvement)
Strong Computer Skills (SAP, Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Project)
Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
