Materials Manager

This role is located at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the inbound logistics of inventory.

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Manage inventory control, including replenishment of office supplies and hardware materials.

• Conduct hardware sub-assembly kitting.

• Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in materials management, logistics, warehouse management, or a similar role at a company with a hardware manufacturing function.

• Experience working in logistics, manufacturing or supply chain at a hardware manufacturing company.

• Experience using inventory management software, such as InfoPlus, Fishbowl Inventory, or similar.

• Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.

• Must be able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.

• Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working at a fast-paced start-up.

• Experience designing or improving upon a warehouse organization system.

• Experience interacting directly with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Santa Clara, CA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
