Location Information

Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.

Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care.

Responsibilities

Manages the activities of facility purchasing and inventory control. Responsible for the planning, procurement, storage, control and distribution of materials and supplies.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: At least one year buying or purchasing experience in the health care field. Supervisory experience also desirable.

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills needed for dealing effectively with outside vendors.

• Working knowledge of and experience with an inventory control software system preferred
