Responsibilities and Duties
Receive and unload all incoming materials utilizing equipment such as forklift, Wave and pallet jacks
Check materials against requisitions, purchase orders or invoices to verify quantity and quality of order and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
Label and stock all parts, including fibers, coming into the warehouse from vendors
Maintain orderly arrangement of stock and assist in inventory as required
Deliver and retrieve supplies to and from work or storage areas, including moving material to other plant locations
Pick, count, identify and issue parts/materials to production jobs based on pick-list BOM requirements
Record all incoming material and daily inventory adjustments in the computer system
Generate and print customer orders and accurately pick the product and quantity from the shelves
Verify part numbers, pack, label (barcode) and ship all domestic and international orders
Generate end-of-day and carrier reports
Uses banding and shrink wrap machine
Confer with purchasing personnel regarding stock procurement and availability
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment and storage areas in order to ensure a safe working environment

Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally assist others to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout an 8 hours shift
Occasional stooping, squatting, kneeling or crouching

Works in a warehouse environment and must take caution around moving forklifts, pallets and other equipment
