A team member at this level is expected to perform Materials and Customer service Analyst daily operations as directed by the supervisor, lend expertise to resolving process problems. This position requires a strong customer service, organization and communication skills and an ability to follow work instructions. Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirement.

Duties:

  • You will track all parts that leave the shop for any external operations.

  • You will coordinate between shop and vendors to keep value stream full

  • You will provide team with daily inventory at the supply base

  • We communicate promise dates from suppliers to team,

  • You will set priorities with suppliers.

  • You will be responsible for daily communication meetings with suppliers.

  • You will track testing completion dates.

  • Coordinate testing completion dates with supplier's inventory.

  • You will comply with all training and procedures.

  • Adherence to ethics, safety, and quality policies and procedures

  • Positive Relationships

  • You will perform all tasks at the highest level of safety awareness
